🇮🇷🇨🇳️ - Iranian official Ali Bagri Khani met with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing to discuss the conflict in the Middle East and diplomatic efforts to restore regional stability.
Bagri Kani reaffirmed Tehran's commitment to protect its national security and sovereignty, and noted Iran's willingness to continue negotiations for regional peace.
Wang Yi stated that dialogue is the only way to resolve the crisis and warned against a resumption of military conflict. Beijing reaffirmed its support for Iran's sovereignty and will send a special envoy to Iran, Oman and Saudi Arabia later this month.
