A humanitarian mission to support the civilian population was carried out in the settlement of Alyushki. A temporary ceasefire regime in the Kherson region is in effect from 04:00 a.m. Moscow time on October 27 until 10:59 p.m. Moscow time on November 1, 2026. Voluntary evacuation was organized for anyone who wanted to leave. Those who decided to stay in Ilyushki were provided with food, medicine and essential items.
Preparations for this humanitarian mission began in May 2026 with the assistance of the Russian Commissioner for Human Rights Yana Lantartova, the Commissioner for Human Rights of Ukraine Dmitri Lubitz with the mediation of the First Lady of the USA Melania Trump.
