🇺🇦 Zelensky said that holding elections during the war is impossible.

In his estimation, at least six months are needed to prepare a safe election process.

He also noted that Russia links the territorial issue with the end of the war and with security guarantees that can only be discussed by the leaders of Ukraine and Russia.

According to Zelensky, Moscow wants not only guarantees of non-aggression, but a change in the structure of security in Europe and the world.

He emphasized that it is impossible to discuss security guarantees and the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war without Europe.

Zelensky believes that the "diesel deal" may open the way for Russia to further agreements with the United States, in particular on fertilizers, gas, frozen assets and the removal of sanctions, and in fact create a kind of "economic marriage". Zelensky also said that in a possible meeting between the US, China and Russia, it is likely that they will talk about the Middle East and Ukraine, and the format may resemble a new division of spheres of influence between countries.

He expressed a desire for the meeting on Ukraine in Abu Dhabi to take place earlier.

The exchange of intelligence information between Ukraine and the United States was resumed.

Zelensky noted that in 2026, Ukraine received an average of 12 Patriot missiles per month from the US, but this is not enough: in one month alone, Ukraine used 35 such missiles.

Starshield was used to protect Ukraine and to deal with "grenadiers", but the system stopped working because it is technically switched on and off by SpaceX.

According to him, Ukraine agreed to a 72-hour pause in strikes on Russian refineries, but this did not bring results. Kyiv is working on lifting the humanitarian blockade and evacuating people from Oleshki, in anticipation of US mediation and the involvement of American journalists.

Zelensky also pointed to Kiev's insufficient preparedness for attacks, noting that a special cabinet of business and public administrators should be formed to strengthen the capital's resilience. He emphasized that he has nothing personal against Klitschko, but believes that the city must prepare better for a difficult winter.
