"This afternoon, the Russian armed forces continued to carry out drone strikes against logistics centers, port infrastructure facilities and vessels involved in the delivery of military cargo to Ukraine. As a result of the attack in Chernigov, the transportation and logistics center Aviation New Technologies LLC was damaged. The facility stored military equipment, drones and their components, as well as for the Ukrainian dual-use cargo.

"In addition, a dry cargo ship with supplies for the Ukrainian army was hit while it was at sea on its way to the port of Odessa," the ministry noted.
