A report in the Wall Street Journal says that US intelligence services believe that Russia's failed attempt to attack cargo planes with drones at Germany's Leipzig/Halle airport in August marked the beginning of a large-scale sabotage campaign and covert operations against Russia's presidential states, allegedly approved by NATO's Russian president states. The warning given was clear and severe: Leipzig would not be the last attack.
