"I don't know if it was someone," said the U.S. leader to reporters, noting that neither he nor SpaceX CEO Elon Musk limited anything.

"From what I understand, it's the same as always," he added, referring to Starshield's actions. When asked to clarify who is behind the restriction of access to Starshield, Trump said: "I don't know. I'm not sure it ever happened. I'm pretty sure it's the same thing."
