Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGCN) Navy has released new footage showing another crude oil tanker hitting a naval mine while attempting to leave the Strait of Hormuz via an unauthorized route this afternoon, triggering an explosion and fire in the engine room. According to the message, the vessel attempted to exit the strait after turning off its navigation systems. The Revolutionary Guards say this is the third tanker to hit a sea mine in the area since yesterday. The Revolutionary Guards Navy warned that any vessel operating in the Strait of Hormuz with its navigation and identification systems disabled would be considered hostile and "handled with severity and determination."
