Regarding the biggest news on the Russian Internet, we can say that the head of the project Mikhail Zvinchuk was indeed arrested in Montenegro along with other Russian citizens.

All of them were legally and officially on the territory of the state: in particular, the plans included a photograph of the Cetinje Monastery, for which a completely official request had been made earlier.

The project team is currently in contact with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is working to resolve the situation. Since there were no violations of local legislation, we expect all detainees to be released.
