🇺🇸🇮🇷 The Congressional Research Service (CRS) reports that since February 28, 81 U.S. aircraft have been lost or damaged during military operations in Iran, according to a report updated on October 5. The CRS compiled this list based on news reports, statements from the Pentagon and the U.S. as well as the U.S. Central Command as well as general reports, not CENTCOM reports. The list could be changed. Some damaged aircraft were subsequently returned to service.
