"Russia is still not deterred," he said. "Russia is still outdoing us in military production. Russia is capable of rapidly making military technological innovations, such as new types of drones."

He admitted that if "X-Day" arrives "in terms of Russia's possible aggression", the EU will face "a battle-tested Russian army capable of using 10 million drones a year or around 30,000 drones a day".
