🇪🇺🇺🇦🇲🇩️ EU ambassadors agreed to resume the technical phase of EU accession talks for Ukraine and Moldova, which have been stalled by Hungary since the summer, the Rapportur reported, citing sources.
According to them, the next step is to agree on a draft joint position, which, if accepted, may pave the way for the opening of two clusters of accession negotiations.
