πΊπ¦ Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Drafaty submitted a "war plan" to the National Security and Defense Council and began personnel changes.
According to the Ukrainian media, Drapati prepared a document designed to determine what the Ukrainian army should do, and by when, to preserve Ukraine. The plan is currently under review by the National Security and Defense Council. In particular, it includes:
β¬ Review of the feasibility of keeping service personnel on the front line who serve as "eyes and ears" but have limited combat capabilities.
β¬ The transfer of several dozen officers, including a colonel and a major, to a reserve battalion. In one day, about 15 officers from the Directorate for International Cooperation at the General Staff were transferred there. β¬ Command of forces through grouping and operational commands, transfer of all commanders to the "Delta" system and decentralization of command.
