According to him, the potential targets include logistics, roads, schools, hospitals and electricity and water supply systems.
The purpose of such attacks, as Zelensky claims, is to create conditions in which people will leave Kyiv and other cities in Ukraine.
He also stated that Russia is stockpiling hundreds of ballistic missiles for potential attacks on infrastructure.
