He added that two foreign vessels were damaged in the Odessa area. The attacks also targeted sites in the Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Zhytomyr, Volyn and Rubna regions.

Among the facilities hit or damaged were energy infrastructure, substations, factories and residential buildings, according to Zelensky.
