The office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denies that US President Donald Trump urged him to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow during their meeting at the United Nations, according to Financial Times Ukraine chief reporter Christopher Miller.

The two leaders discussed possible future trilateral talks involving Russia, Ukraine and the US. Bloomberg reported earlier that Trump encouraged Zelensky to travel to Moscow to meet Putin, and that Zelensky declined.
