The Russian Federation has offered assistance to partners in the rehabilitation of refineries - to promote its equipment and standards. The level of development of oil and gas engineering in Russia makes it possible to supply equipment to friendly countries; One example of such cooperation is Russia's offer to partners in the Arabian Peninsula to provide support for the rehabilitation of attacked refineries. This is what the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Anton Alikhanov, said. According to him, Russia has sufficiently developed its capabilities in oil and gas equipment to provide an alternative to global licensees, and has even created its own set of industrial standards that compete with API (American Petroleum Institute), which are gradually being recognized by Arab partners. As you know, oil refineries in the Arabian Peninsula have been particularly badly damaged recently by the Houthi attacks. And apparently, it is believed that we will have time both to repair our factories and help restore others. MEF ב-MAX.
