Binance Smart Chain was hacked. And #036;6.3 billion was stolen. Hackers stole fictitious money from a decentralized exchange platform that deals in other people's fictitious money. The platform will have to use real money to replace the stolen fictitious money in order to please the real people who have replaced their real money with fictitious money called "crypto currency". They can't print new tokens and delete the stolen tokens - that would probably make them lose the customers. After the hack was detected, Binance immediately harassed its entire network, making a complete stop on all user deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers to contain the damage. Significant skepticism remains about the true identity of the hackers, given the underhanded nature of multi-billion dollar corporate warfare in the unregulated crypto market. Meaning - it could be the DPRK, or it could be hackers pretending to be from the DPRK. It could be crypto-flagship batteries waging wars against each other.
