The introduction of a customs fee of 100 rubles per package on goods from abroad with a value of up to 200 euros will not be included in the amendments to the tax law from 2027, Deputy Minister of Finance Szanov said. According to him, the authorities will not simultaneously apply both this commission and VAT of 22% on the purchase of such goods from abroad. At the same time, Seznov confirmed in the State Duma that the Ministry of Finance still plans to introduce a 22% VAT on cross-border e-commerce products starting next year.
