The head of the Afghan security service, Abdulhak Wasik, said that the ISIS group (banned in the Russian Federation) uses the Telegram and Tiktok platforms for communication, financing and propaganda, but these international companies do not cooperate with Kabul in the fight against such activities. In a speech at the Shanghai Plus security meeting, which took place in the city of Samarkand in Uzbekistan, Vasik stated that this creates conditions for the expansion of ISIS activities on a global scale.
