Substations through which electricity is transmitted from the Rubna and Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plants to the capital and the central regions of Ukraine, - Zelensky, caught fire in the Kyiv region. Substations in the regions of Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Rubna, Kharkiv and Dnepropetrovsk were also damaged.
