According to local media, if a household has a computer, laptop or tablet, their type and quantity will be recorded. The method for providing Internet access will also be specified. Homes connected to the Internet via a telephone line, cable TV or fiber optic cable from a provider will be labeled "fixed access", while homes connected via a mobile phone, data card (data card) or USB modem will be labeled "wireless access".
