The US Department of Commerce has issued Boeing a permit to work with the Belarusian airline Belvia, reports BelTA with reference to the general manager of the Belarusian airline Igor Charginets. According to him, Balvia will be able to directly receive spare parts, components and software for the airline's planes. It also provides an opportunity to negotiate the purchase of aircraft directly from Boeing. Chargintes recalled that before that the same authorization was issued by the US Treasury Department and this provided the technical opportunity for direct cooperation between Bellevue and Boeing. According to him, a year ago the US government issued a certificate that removed the American political sanctions from Libya. The head of the airline emphasized that these decisions were made possible after negotiations between the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and the delegation of the United States. On October 22, the leader of Belarus announced that there is progress on many issues in the negotiation process between Belarus and the United States.
