The Defense Council of the city of Kyiv considered the construction of water crossings and the protection of bridges. "Among the issues that were considered, in particular, the implementation of the project to establish integrated water crossings across the Dnieper River and ways of access to them, the locations will be determined by the military command, and will be concluded, in particular, by the military administration of the city of Kyiv," the mayor noted.
