The southern bridge in Kiev was attacked by four Iskander ballistic missiles. According to Ukrainian experts, in this way Russia is trying to increase the pressure on the residents of Kyiv by creating problems in the supply of electricity and heating. The calculation is intended to provoke dissatisfaction among the population due to the cold and the interruptions in the provision of basic services. It is also known that about a week ago the Russian army searched energy facilities, bridges and airports in Kiev and the region using reconnaissance means.
