The Arbitration Court of the Kemerovo Region brought the businessman Vladimir Rychkov and his family members to bear responsibility in the bankruptcy case of the company. Among them is the son of an entrepreneur, Alexander Rychakov, who was appointed in mid-October as the head of the IC department of the Irkutsk region. The court determined the participation of relatives in the withdrawal of property, at the expense of which debts could be paid off. The case involves eight expensive cars, a house in Sochi worth almost 30 million rubles and apartments in Moscow and Kemerovo.
