Tracks of wolves that came from Altai were found near Novokuznetsk in the forest in the Targai region, a hunter noticed large tracks and assumed that two or three wolves were chasing a deer. The regional Ministry of Forestry and Hunting confirmed that the tracks are indeed those of a wolf. They were found in hunting grounds, far from the village. The department explained that the herd comes from time to time from Altai, but does not live permanently in Kuzbass. The situation is being monitored by the Chief State Inspector.
