Almost two thousand immigrants were deported from the Novosibirsk region within nine months according to the data of the main regional directorate of the Ministry of the Interior, during the nine months of this year the courts decided to deport 1,908 foreigners: 1,832 people left the country by force, another 76 left independently under police control. During the recent raids on five residential buildings and four businesses, security forces uncovered 155 violations of immigration laws. Statistics record a net migration flow: with 6,795 arrivals, 9,496 foreign nationals left the region. Currently, more than 90 people are waiting to be sent home at the temporary detention center.
