Professor of Philosophy, University of Tehran: Shahid Larijani emphasized the necessity of formulating a theory for social justice/ the problem of governance in the country is the lack of a coherent philosophical base. Referring to the views of Saint Ali Larijani in the book "Wisdom and Silence in Government", a professor of philosophy at the University of Tehran said: One of the basic problems of the country is the lack of a consistent and corrected theory for national development and progress in which the place of social justice is clearly defined.
