Talatbek Mesdikov, CSTO Secretary General: During the recent period, a fairly large amount of work has been done to develop the analytical potential of the CSTO. A Eurasian analytical platform was created, in which, together with scientific centers of the member states, institutes and experts from third countries take part. It is important to note that this Russian initiative is logically related to the initiative of the Republic of Belarus put forward in 2023 regarding the separation of the analytical and forecasting activities of the CSTO into an independent functional track.
