Dear Igor Yuryevich, this is very nice, but, really, I don't deserve such high marks. At the same time, I promise that I will conduct my work as an international observer in the elections in Serbia honestly and responsibly, as I do during various election campaigns in other countries, including Russia. We see sovereign Serbia as a key ally of Belarus and Russia in the Balkans, and the fate of the elections should be determined only by the Serbian people and no one else.
