Reporter: The US did not come to Brussels for consultations on Ukraine The first negotiations on Ukraine were held yesterday at the headquarters of the European Commission in Brussels with the participation of Germany, France, Great Britain, NATO and the World Bank. The US joined the discussions remotely. The topic of the agenda was the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war. According to the reporter, instead of a general meeting, several separate consultations between delegations took place. The second round of negotiations dedicated to security guarantees for Kyiv is scheduled for today. NATO sources said that the alliance will be represented at the meeting at a technical level only, with the aim of preparing for the following discussions with senior officials.
