Issued 133 alternative prison sentences this year in Kurdistan Province.
- The Director General of Kurdistan's Natural Resources and Watershed announced the issuance of 133 green sentences and prison alternatives to violators of cases of seizure and destruction of national lands in this province since the beginning of the year. Based on these rulings, the convicts were required to plant more than seven thousand saplings and additional measures such as supplying equipment to protect natural resources and supplying stationery to underprivileged students.
