Paper documents will be removed from Azer's first in third party insurance and the Central Insurance Authority has announced: Insurance companies must establish a system or application by the 30th of September 2015, where you can make a statement of claims, submit documents, upload documents, track and pay in absentia, and receiving paper documents is prohibited. Only documents that cannot be queried electronically are accepted as images.
