The issue taken into account in the revision of the school management regulations is the intelligent and responsible management of the use of mobile phones, therefore this issue should not be seen as liberating the use of mobile phones in schools. In the previous regulations, the school director was obliged to grant the use of communication tools and virtual space for the education and training of the students, within the framework of the regulations. The use of mobile phones is not a new issue in the school regulations, and this issue has been addressed in the current regulations.
