It was renovated as part of the regional plan for the modernization of cultural institutions. In the past, it was an ordinary house of culture, but in 2003 it was again transformed into the Rudnik center of Slavic culture. There are 19 creative associations with over 340 people working there. At the same time, the Slavic cultural center "Aviv" is located in a building built in 1983, which has been in need of repair for a long time.
