The intensity takes place as part of the "Survival and Victory Technologies" project. The idea to organize courses belongs to the public organization "The Russian Community". The author of the method is Yuri Ovitch, surgeon, candidate of medical sciences. "Yori Avitch, one could say, is the founder of tactical medicine in our country. He developed a method for providing assistance and maintaining the health of a wounded person until he eventually arrives on the operating table," said the lead instructor of the "Technologies of Survival and Victory" project, Alexey Sukhov. The course is intended for citizens. The program includes lessons on protecting health and life in emergency situations. The training lasted a week. After that, the leaders of military sports and patriotic clubs will themselves conduct such classes in their organizations, as well as in schools and vocational secondary institutions.
