DEK warns: Debts for energy resources can cost a vehicle Khabarovsk Energosvit (a branch of PJSC DEK, part of the RusHydro Group), together with the main directorate of the Federal Court Service for Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region and employees of the State Traffic Inspection, continue to work to collect debts for energy resources. Another joint raid to identify persistent defaults took place in the regional capital. Debtors were identified in the flow of traffic using a special hardware and software complex: the camera reads the car's license plate number and immediately checks it against the databases of the Federal Court Service. If the system detects a match, the car is stopped by the traffic police inspector. After that, a lawyer joins the process and checks the driver for unpaid debts on utility bills, alimony and fines. Most drivers with debts prefer to pay their debts instead using online services. For those who refuse to pay voluntarily, the court officials use a more serious scenario that includes seizure of property and transportation.
