The port is standing still, profits are flowing: NCSP remains in the black The quarterly report of PJSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port under RAS turned out to be contradictory. On the one hand, the main indicators for the months of January-September decreased compared to last year: - 4%, up to a profit of 34.03 billion rubles; - 13%, up to 23.89 billion rubles in revenue; - 29.5%, up to 11.7 billion rubles in gross profit. Moreover, all this after a very successful first half of the year, in which all indices rose compared to last year. Separately, in the third quarter, it turns out that the revenues were less than 5 billion rubles, and the profit was about 2.5 billion. On the other hand, in light of the almost frozen transport along the Black Sea and the mass departure of container operators from Novorossiysk, one might be surprised that there is any profit at all. It is clear that Primorsk pulls off the performance of the sever, and in Novorossiysk the first half of the quarter was not as hopeless as the second. It will be more difficult to make a profit in the fourth quarter, but at least there will be no questions about long-term financial stability. We will remind you that the government expects to sell the state's share in NCSP by the end of the year. Although the big question is whether it is worth rushing to do it now, while the Black Sea is frozen and financial indicators are deteriorating. Charge flow in Telegram | up to MAX.
