The Prime Minister of Norway and the President of Finland had a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin, the office of the Finnish leader reports. The President of Finland called the conversation frank and meaningful. It should be noted that he and the Prime Minister of Norway spoke as representatives of their countries, and not of Europe.
