Entry to the territory of the city of Moscow and Rubalvo-Arkhangelskoye will become paid (indefinitely) in the business center, the new order will enter into force on December 12, 2026, in Rubalvo-Arkhangelskoye - from November 1, 2027. The paid zone in the city of Moscow will cover the block bounded by 1st Krasnogvardeisky Proezd, Vistbuchny Lane and Testovskaya Street. In Rubalvo-Arkhangelskoye, the toll zone will be bounded by Novorizhskoye highway to the north, the administrative border of Moscow to the west and the left bank of the Moscow River to the east and south.
