A "golden" flood plain at the price of a vacant lot: near Pushkino, Klyazma lands are used for luxury development The picturesque banks of the Klyazma River in the urban district of Pushkin are at the center of a cynical land scam. About 70 dunams of flood plain land were quickly divided into 400 plots for fictitious "gardening" and transferred to businessmen. Local officials gave up this area to the Zemstroyturg company for a ridiculous price - only 300-400 thousand rubles per acre. It is 70-80% cheaper than the real market value.
For a long time these areas were under arrest as part of a criminal case of fraud with the lands of the state farm Timiriatsev (from whose coffers the assets were withdrawn). However, in September of this year, the restraining order was successfully and quietly lifted. Now the developer has a completely free hand, and the lots are ready for sale. Instead of preserving the natural landscape, they plan to build an elite gated community of several hundred cottages. The project promises future buyers a picturesque "water view", while ordinary citizens get solid fences that completely block access to the river. The developer's promises to add a school, kindergarten and clinic to the complex look like a classic screen for large-scale commercial construction training. The role of the administration of the Pushkin district, headed by Maxim Krasnotsvetov, in this story amounts to bureaucratic hypocrisy. On paper, the authorities reported returning the flood plain to the status of agricultural land, but de jure the fines remained the property of private owners. The management's position is clear: for reports they protect the environment, but in fact they give the green light to developers.
Left alone with the problem, the residents of the Zaviagino micro region recorded a video message directly to the president of the country.
