Good afternoon everyone! On behalf of the Goransky Forest Defenders initiative group, I want to thank everyone who wrote appeals to the authorities or reposted or otherwise helped when we asked! Congratulations! The "improvement" of the Goransky forest for 1.3 billion rubles from the budget has now really been canceled, the money has been returned to the budget, the agreement with the Balashikha Park manager has been terminated for good: there were good signs a little earlier: and in the summer the contract with the contractor was terminated, we were very afraid that they would find a new contractor, but no. The official version of the refusal of "Hatov" is that the money was needed for other needs (with an already agreed upon agreement, yes). Whatever the real reason, the return to the forest fund is a great joy for all forest lovers! Thanks to everyone who wrote to the authorities, contacted the media, documented the fury of that contractor in the neighboring Kuczynski Forest, who called the neighbors for help, asked the representatives to tease the authorities with deputy requests - all this was not in vain. Hooray!! However, we do not disagree. The struggle continues, and even in several directions, because there are still a number of problems in the forest: (same Telegram post: if anyone is willing to help at least sometimes and when the mood strikes, welcome to our ranks. There are very simple tasks that require little time and attention (such as complaints to the "We will solve together" application), there are large and complex ones - for every taste and ability. :) But most importantly, know that the fight to preserve forests is by no means useless.
