The Ministry of Natural Resources proposed to transfer the authority to issue permits for the collection of plants and mushrooms listed in the regional red books to the authorities of the constituent entities. Now this function is assigned to the federal body - Rosperirodenzor. It is proposed to make changes to the Environmental Protection Law. Also, the ministry proposes to assign to the constituent authorities the authority to enter data into the registers of the regional and domestic departments.
