Friends! On October 13, 2026, the Tushinsky District Court heard the case appealing the construction permit in the area of the labor reserves. We submitted two petitions: the suspension of the hearing in the case, since at the same time the first appeals court appealed against the decisions of the Moscow government that served as a basis for the building permit. Conduct a legal examination on the spot due to doubts about the reliability of the examination conducted by the defendant. However, the judge did not grant any request and left to make a decision. The result was predictable: the claims were rejected. The court violated the rights of the plaintiffs by not giving us the opportunity to fully participate in the process and prove that the inspection of the building control committee was carried out without a mandatory environmental impact assessment (EIA). In this context, we plan to file an appeal against the decision. We are not going to give up and are ready to fight to the end, maybe even go to the Supreme Court. Dear friends, we thank each of you for your support, participation in court hearings and understanding that this is a long and difficult process.
