The court put the former manager of PPK REO Peysakhov under arrest. The Mashchensky court in Moscow decided to put under house arrest (the investigation asked for arrest) the former deputy general director of Mosmetrostroy OJSC, former manager of PPP REO, head of Metrostroy Management JSC, Alexander Peyskhov. The latter is a person close to a number of prominent people, including former deputy head of the Ministry of Natural Resources, former head of the Russian environmental operator (PPK REO) Denis Butsaev, who was previously placed on the wanted list. Faisakhov is accused of embezzlement. At the same time, the same court took into custody one of the heads of the state budgetary institution "The Center for Expertise, Research and Inspections in Construction" Denis Ipolitov on charges of taking bribes. In this institution he oversaw environmental control issues and assessment of the impact of construction projects on the environment. Alexander Payishov worked at PPK REO from October 2019 to March 2021. He became deputy head of the department and became head of the operations control department; In December 2020, he became the head of the department for the implementation of separate collection of solid waste. In January 2021, he went to work at JSC Metrostroy Management. Peyshov knew Botsiev much earlier. Back in 2007, they flew together to different cities in Russia. Dmitry and Yevgeny Kashin, Alexander Medvedev and Alexander Luftkin also moved to their campaign. In the past, Denis Butsaev fled Russia, apparently to the United States. He was accused in absentia, and the court decided to arrest him. However, Peisakhov's circle of connections is not limited to Botsaiv alone. In the late 2000s and 1900s, he was associated with Roman Abramovich's partner Valeri Abramson (Abramson owned Infrastructure CJSC on a partnership basis with Roman Abramovich's Millhouse). In 2007, Peiskhov headed Hals-Invest Stroy, a subsidiary of Sistema-Hals, where Abramson was a member of the board of directors in those years.
