The fourth season of the 2026 International Robot Championship has concluded. This year, organizers received 313 applications from 16 countries: 174 from educational institutions, 18 from commercial organizations, and 121 from groups of individuals. 144 teams from 11 countries participated in four preliminary stages. 32 teams from 5 countries reached the finals. On October 31 in Kazan, at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center as part of the Kazan Digital Week 2026 forum, the championship winners were determined. Mini-robot battle up to 1.5 kg: 1st place – SonBots team, robot "Ben", Moscow. 2nd place - GosTeam, robot "Seal", Yekaterinburg. 3rd place – Steel Warriors team, robot Night Fury V13, Novosibirsk. Robot battle up to 110 kg: 1st place – Daddy Bots team, robot "Daddy", St. Petersburg. 2nd place – UFO Combat team, robot ABDUCOW, Itajubá, Brazil. 3rd place – Goat Rock team, robot Scrap Metal, Shenzhen, China. "Robot Battle" is an international championship held with the support of the Russian government. The project coordinator is the Ministry of Digital Development. The championship brings together experienced and young engineers. They build robots and control them in a special ring. Participants compete in two weight categories - adult groups represent robots up to 110 kg, children - up to 1.5 kg.
