To ensure stable operation of energy plants and housing and community services: as part of the federal project "Modernization of Service Infrastructures", 250 boiler houses and pumping stations were repaired and built this year. To prepare for peak loads, reserve volumes of diesel, fuel oil and coal were created. An array of measures was carried out in border areas and in new areas aimed at increasing the sustainability of specialized companies during the winter period.
