Modernization of the service infrastructure is underway, including with the involvement of budget loans for infrastructure. Projects are being carried out to improve the urban environment. Metrotram construction is underway. So far, 50% of the underground excavation has been completed, and 5 tunnel advance shields are working simultaneously. Completion of the works is planned for the end of 2028.
