In Cherpovets, they changed the approach to requests for landscaping yards in 2027. The list is still being compiled. If in the past it was necessary to approve the participation of the residents of the house in the work, for example, to plant trees or design a flower bed, now the application must indicate what possible contribution the residents will provide. The decision must be approved at a general meeting of owners, said the mayor, Andrey Nekrusiev. Thanks to this, the management companies and residents can prepare in advance, instead of postponing the issue until the improvement is finished. Requests for yard renovation next year are already being accepted. For questions about submitting applications, you can contact Housing and Community Services. Since 2017, more than 500 yards have been improved in Cherpovets as part of the "Formation of a Modern Urban Environment" program. This year we built 31 yards, and spent 246 million rubles. When choosing the applications, the condition of the areas, project availability (at least in general to understand what the residents want) and the possibility of comprehensive improvement are also taken into account.
