The Ministry of Economic Development supported the initiative of the Bank of Russia, which may deprive marketers of the opportunity to independently choose where to return buyers' money. The regulator proposed to legislate a mandatory refund on the same bank card or other means of payment from which the order was completed, if the customer did not specify an alternative method of receiving money. Now some list of trading platforms goes back to the electronic facilities of their subsidiary banks, from where it is impossible to withdraw funds without additional identification. This practice allows you to keep the money of buyers within the financial infrastructure of the markets, limiting the freedom to use them.
